The Next Revolution was born out of a mission: to empower early career professionals with the clarity, self-awareness and courage to lead — at work and in life.
Research shows us that When Gen Z feels clear, supported, and aligned organisations win.
To maximise job satisfaction, the essential ingredient cited by 89% of young professionals is Purpose.
We help companies to make cultural shifts to better connect and engage their emerging talent through actionable insights and recommendations.
Our Mission
More than ever, today’s early career professionals bring energy, creativity and fresh perspective.
But they also expect something different from the workplace – clarity of purpose, meaningful feedback, growth opportunities, and a culture that works for them.
Young employees also feel a significant shortfall in personal support and mentoring from managers and team leaders, who may lack the capability or bandwidth to provide this.
Almost nine in ten (88%) of 18–34-year-olds say they would be ‘encouraged and motivated’ if they were offered training programmes specifically tailored to their individual needs and career aspirations
But many organisations simply aren’t equipped to engage them. That’s where we step in.
We offer group and one to one in-person coaching programmes for young professionals and their managers

About our founder, Mark
Mark founded The Next Revolution with a mission to empower early career professionals with the clarity, self-awareness and courage to lead at work and in life and has built a team of partners and associates who share this vision.
"After experiencing my own burnout and a desire for more meaning following a 25-year career in Supply Chain, Technology and Consulting, I discovered coaching as a powerful tool for change".
Now a certified NLP Somatic coach and volunteer with youth charities, Mark is passionate about equipping young people to succeed in today’s challenging world.
"Unlike many coaches who focus on executives, I work at the grassroots—partnering with organisations that want to invest in their emerging talent. Through coaching, training, and thought leadership, and through my podcast ’10 Revolutions’ I aim to inspire the next generation of revolutionaries to drive positive change for themselves, their companies and society".
The 10 Revolutions podcast explores the ideas, innovations and societal shifts shaping the future of work, business and communities.
Mark’s curiosity and constant love of learning spans many topics including psychology, futurism, AI ethics, and human potential. Mark is a husband and father of two
